Shoulder Mobility Exercise from above

Make sure that you are warm before performing this exercise.

  • Sit upright in your usual chair.
  • Using one hand, touch your shoulder, then your ear, then the back of your head.
  • Repeat this 2 to 3 times.
  • Now do the same with the other hand.
