Grip Strengthener

This exercise can make it easier to hold things without dropping them.

Hold a soft ball, or a rolled up pair of socks, in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. Hold for a couple of seconds then release.

Repeat up to 10 times on each hand, every other day.
