Hints and tips for putting on socks, stockings, etc

Below are some useful hints and tips for putting on tights and socks:

  • If you have difficulty putting on socks or tights, it is much better not to wear tight clothing, such as very close fitting tights (you could always try the next size up)
  • If you sprinkle talc on any of the products to help with this problem, it can make it much easier to slide your foot in
  • do not wear socks or tights that make any indentations on your ankles or legs
  • you may find it easier to sit down when putting socks on and, when getting your feet in your tights, you can stand up just to pull them up the last part
