Have a plan for your pet in case of an emergency

It is important that you have a plan for who will look after your pet in case of an emergency. If your family and friends are unable to look after them, there are many services available to you. Your local vet will also be able to give you advice.

If you are using a community alarm service, make sure that they have a copy of your plan.
