This is the Service user to fit a stair rail product page. You can read all about the product here, including a manufacturer's description, instructional PDF documents and supply or loan options (if available). The service user answered that they do not have any rails to hold on to going up the stairs. Please ask them to arrange to have one fitted themselves and then redo the assessment.
