When using your urinal, you may find it easiest to sit on the edge of your bed, but it is important that you are not in danger of falling. It is helpful to have a free surface that you can reach easily from your bed to prevent you from having to bend right down. If you don’t feel safe perching on the edge of your bed, we recommend you use it whilst sitting or lying in bed. If you regularly need the toilet during the night you may need to consider using more than one urinal, or a bucket to empty the contents into. It may be easier for you to not have underwear on in bed to use this product.
