Description

Resting, reading, eating, watching TV or just sleeping, the Serena Pillow Lift raises and lowers the user into the most comfortable position in bed at a touch of a button. It is particularly designed to assist users with limited upper body strength to alter their position from lying to sitting in bed. The Serena also allows the user to sleep in a semi-elevated position, making it equally suitable for those with breathing or cardiac problems. In its raised position, it may also assist with getting in and out of bed. The Serena can easily be fitted to any style bed and is fully portable. Ultra-quiet operation by finger-light button hand control. Lightweight and portable. No specialist installation required. Allows room for both user and partner in a double bed. The standard model of Serena is supplied with a medium length mattress. Models with long and short mattresses are also available (product numbers SERENAL and SERENAS respectively) - prices will vary . Optional extras include straps for securing to bed mattress, if necessary. Dimensions - length without mattress - 720mm (28.3 inch), length with medium mattress - 1240mm (48.8 inch), width - 706mm (27.8 inch), maximum height (highest) - 660mm (26 inch), maximum height (lowest) - 150mm (5.9 inch), weight (with standard mattress) - 10.5kg. Maximum user weight - 135kg (21.5 stone). Degree of lift - 80 degrees.

Caution when using equipment with moving parts

Be cautious when using equipment with moving parts. For example: mattress elevators, powered pillow lifters, riser/recliner chairs, adjustable beds, powered toilet lifts etc. do not put your hands too close to the moving parts or anywere they could be trapped. Please keep all children and pets away from the equipment.

Always follow the manufacturers instructions. These products have moving parts, so you must keep children and pets safe when using them as they could cause injury/entrapment. Mattress elevators should only be used on a bed that is in a good condition.
