Description

This product provides support to help someone stand from a bed or chair or step in and out of a shower cubicle. Features a comfortable, foam, latex-free hand grip that benefits those with limited hand strength. It has to be fixed to the floor and ceiling. It requires a ceiling height between 93in and 99in (236 to 253 cm). Rubber pads on the ceiling plate and the floor plate hold the pole securely and prevent damage to the floor and ceiling. This product requires fitting on a joint in the ceiling or a fitter will need to fit a noggin between the joists. Please note if using the superpole to aid you stepping in and out of a shower cubicle it needs to be fitted on the non-hinge/non-pivot side of the shower door.

Help with fitting

If the products you are ordering are fixed to the wall or floor, we recommend that you contact a local fitter/handyman to complete this work. It is always a good idea to use someone who has been recommended to you.

Before fixing any piece of equipment to or near your specialist flooring (i.e. a wet room) consider the risk of damage and that the warranty for the wet room floor may become void.

Please be aware that this product could obstruct the use of other bathing products you may already have, such as bath boards, some bath seats, swedish rails and bath lifts.
